You will be responsible to meet the needs and requirements of clients in a way that respects the client and promotes their independence. You will be required to travel to clients homes and assist them with their care requested around the Leeds and surrounding areas.
As a Connections Care worker your role would include the following responsibilities:
Help with washing and dressing.
Medication
Meal preparation
Respite Services
Helping clients access the community
Cleaning
Socialising/leisure activities
Befriending service
Dog walking

Our pay rates are £8.72 to £10.00 p/h plus mileage at 35p per mile
